Safety and quality are production requirements at Grand Key Enterprise — planned into the work, verified in the field, and documented through closeout.
Program Elements
Controls Applied on Every Project
Field controls backed by a REACH-certified Competent Person for swing stage and fall arrest systems and an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Renovator on staff.
Jobsite Planning
Site logistics, access, staging, and hazard identification established before mobilization.
Daily Safety Coordination
Pre-task planning, PPE verification, and toolbox coordination at the start of each shift.
Quality-Control Inspections
Work is inspected against drawings and specifications at defined hold points.
Documentation and Reporting
Daily reports, photo records, inspection logs, and issue tracking shared with the owner team.
Schedule Monitoring
Look-ahead schedules and manpower reviews to identify risk before it affects milestones.
Subcontractor Compliance
Insurance, licensing, and site-rule compliance verified prior to and during trade work.
Closeout and Punch-List Management
Systematic punch resolution, warranty documentation, and final turnover packages.
Field Supervision
Accountability at the Work Face
Supervision is the control point for both safety and quality. Our field leadership is responsible for verifying that crews are trained for the task, equipped with proper PPE, and executing the work as designed.
Trade partners operate under the same expectations. Compliance documentation is collected before work begins, and performance is reviewed throughout the project rather than only at closeout.
